What is the Murrayhill Recreation Association?
The Murrayhill Recreation Association is a not-for-profit corporation that was established when the Murrayhill subdivision was developed over 20 years ago. The Association’s mission is to maintain and manage the recreational facilities in the Murrayhill subdivision. The MRA is only available to the nearly 701 single-family homes within the Murrayhill subdivision. The Murrayhill Recreation facilities include three swimming pools, hot tub, children’s wading pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, t-ball field, picnic areas, playground, and Home Town Center.
What is the difference between the MRA and the MOA?
The recreational association (MRA) has a sister organization, the Murrayhill Owner’s Association (MOA). They are not associated with the recreational facilities within Murrayhill. The MOA serves our larger community consisting of the private homes, apartment complexes and the Murrayhill Marketplace development with regards to building codes, architectural compliance, landscaping, and other property related items.
